On Site/ Off Site Assembly

Offsite construction is becoming the smarter way to build. One of the conclusions reached by the Egan Report published in 1998 on the housing construction industry was that there should be more focus on prefabrication and offsite manufacturing. A steel framing building system manufacture components off-site and then delivers them cut to length, drilled and fabricated to site ‘just in time’ to facilitate rapid and easy assembly and erection.
